Todo un líder para nuestro área de exploración espacial: Un New Business Director.**¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?** Una persona con amplio conocimiento en el área de consultoría o producto digital, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación que lidere el proceso de venta, con al menos 5 años de experiencia, encargado de:Definición y gestión del proceso comercial.Supervisión, junto a los socios de la empresa, de las estrategias de pricing, de cara a incrementar el ticket medio por cliente.Liderar al equipo comercial para conseguir los objetivos de venta que tenemos por delante, incluyendo la definición de objetivos y variables asociados del equipo.Definir la estrategia de internacionalización comercial de la compañía.Además, en Product Hackers encontrarás un equipo que aprende y comparte constantemente, que busca que las ideas se experimenten, se prueben y se implementen sin miedo, porque aquí compartimos aprendizajes,crecemos juntos gracias a esta pasión por el Growth. Si te molan los retos, los desafíos y la adrenalina, espera, Que te contamos más**¿Cuáles serán tus contribuciones?** Como New Business Director, tu misión será la de crear y ejecutar la estrategia comercial y de pricing anticipándose al futuro de la compañía. Queremos ampliar nuestro impacto en otros mercados y en grandes empresas, por lo que orientarás esfuerzos a incrementar el ticket medio por cliente a través de la definición y gestión del proceso comercial y del equipo comercial de PH.Como parte de tu contribución a Product Hackers desempeñarás los siguientes roles y contribuciones :Commercial Team Leadership- Liderarás el equipo comercial, realizarás propuestas comerciales,investigarás las necesidades del cliente y orquestarás a nuestro equipo de especialistas para generar la mejor propuesta.Gestionarás al equipo comercial para conseguir los objetivos de venta que tenemos por delante, incluyendo la definición de objetivos y variables asociados del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los mismos.Asegurarás que todos los materiales de venta del equipo (presentaciones de ventas, credenciales, documentación) estén disponibles y actualizados
