Over the past several decades, TK Elevator has established itself as one of the world's leading elevator companies and became independent after separation from the thyssenkrupp group in August 2020.You will co-drive this journey as part of and with a dynamic and growing team that uses appropriate technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems and deliver business value based on data and digital solutions:Responsibilities:Team leadership and stakeholder collaboration:- Buildup, manage and develop the Data and Insights team into a global high performing team that is defining, delivering and scaling value based on insights from data.- Manage and run a diverse team – in different countries – with data-POs, data engineers, program managers, and external partners.- Work closely directly with the CDO and fellow leaders to jointly drive the business transformation enabled by data and digital.- Close collaboration with global digital and data business leaders as well as functional leaders to build a joined x-TKE team to deliver the solutions end-to-end.Value creation and strategic road-mapping:- Create tangible value based on insights from data and related digital solutions.- Define a mid-term and long-term roadmap aligned with TKE-strategy to create value, scale the usage and value of data and AI.- Lead end-to-end use case/business delivery to ensure that we move quickly from POC to scaled products really creating business value.Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, data, digital etc.).Over 10 years of experience in the area of digital and data and creating value out of data.Strong data competencies and skills with a desire to turn data into insights and value.Track record of leading teams and collaborating with tech-savvy teams of data experts as well as with business-focused teams.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business and tech ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Very strong organizational and project management skills.Strong leadership skills to build, motivate and run teams.Pragmatic and hands-on person ready to go the extra mile to ensure success.Benefits:Health and Safety: Highest standards and a wide range of health promotion and healthcare activities.Flexibility: Flexible yet regulated working hours and remote working options.Collaboration & diversity: Collegiality is of huge importance – we treat everyone with respect and appreciation.Development: Individual support to help you get started in your new job as well as training and education programs.Creative leeway: An environment where you can try out new solutions in a no-blame culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
