About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong expertise in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or a related field to join our dynamic and diverse global team. As Head of Statistics and Data Analytics, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that uncover the complete consumer journey for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve current methodologies, especially the consumer projection, and our analytical models.
  • Lead and define the R&D for the Consumer product's core methods.
  • Present and communicate findings and recommendations based on rigorous research and analysis to peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop prototypes of new solutions and methodologies to address challenges in a dynamic market environment.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Socio-economics, Data Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of managing a team.
  • Strong statistical and logical skills, with experience in outlier validation, sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, or data aggregation techniques.
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and (un)managed consumer-related crowd-sourced panels.
  • Proficiency in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
  • Strong experience with Python or another high-level programming language, with a willingness to learn Python.
