Join today and build progress with us. The Opportunity We have an exciting 12 month FTC opportunity for a HR Project Manager. This role is an integral part of the HR team and you'll play a pivotal role in driving improvements to our employee experience, creating tangible impact across our national UK wide business. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for HR project activity associated with the HR function and major business change programmes, as well as owning and delivering on a number of BAU activities. Working closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, you'll be delivering projects that improve the employee experience, and play a key role in facilitating the delivery of our people strategy. You'll be comfortable bringing people together to deliver projects and have a good understanding of HR process and best practice with the employee and the business needs always in mind. You must be confident in managing projects, be adept at interpreting complex concepts and presenting them back to key stakeholders and have experience of major change programmes in complex organisations. You'll be focused on delivering projects that are cross divisional, that create alignment across the business. Data savvy, you will be able to take the initiative and identify where value can be added, interfacing closely with the divisional HR team and key business stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and handover to BAU
