About the team The Business planning and operation team plays a core role in identifying strategic opportunities and achieving business goals through quantitative analysis and cross-functional collaboration Responsibilities:1.
Undertake the strategic operation and analysis work in e-commerce, linking strategies in various fields including industries, sellers, products, creators, partners, etc.
; collaborate across teams to achieve high-quality strategy design and to achieve business growth;2.
Taking a data-driven approach to establish business analysis frameworks and monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities and risks, providing solid business diagnosis and practical solutions;3.
Conduct interviews/surveys with sellers, creators and users to gain insights of their needs for the platform;4.
Cooperate across teams to set up annual/bimonthly business goals and implementation roadmaps; Regularly conduct business reviews, summarizing improvement strategies and methodologies Minimum requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree graduating in 2025.- Must be available to start in January, May or September 2025 in Madrid [must have graduated before agreed starting month].- Strong sense of product responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented;- Clear logic, enjoys analyzing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems;- Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities;- Proficient in English as a working language.
Preferred requirements:1.
Bachelor degree or above, internship experience is strongly preferred in e-commerce/ business analysis or strategy group within internet companies/ management consulting internship;2.
Excellent logical analysis ability and data-sensitive; strong user perspectives, and willing to use internet products to improve the operational efficiency of the business;3.
Good understanding of business models of TikTok and other content-based platforms (Youtube, IG, ;4.
Strong numerical reasoning and modelling skills, proficiency in Excel (fluency in SQL is a plus);5.
Ability to impact business decisions and suggest improvement through analytical insight;6.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus); Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross functionally in a global working environment;7.
Comfortable working in a fast pace, ambiguous and high growth environment.
