TikTok Commerce-Logistics Solution Manager Location: MadridJob ID: A167499AResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Solution Manager will focus on overseeing the ecommerce logistics network setup and operation in the target country, including courier delivery, fulfilment warehouse, reverse logistics, buyer seller service, and policy.Your role:Be responsible for target country logistics planning and solution design, launching the system and business infrastructure to enable the e-commerce business.Define both short-term and long-term strategy and optimal process to gain better performance for the platform, merchants, consumers, and creators.Solutions include, but are not limited to, local warehousing, network design, carrier management, transport, fulfilment service, and policy design.Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources, and channels, ensuring the designed solution is launched with high quality to grow our ecosystems in the target country.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:E-commerce logistics and supply chain working experience and background.Experience launching a business, building from 0 to 1.Seller-facing or seller business ownership experience, with an understanding of how to use logistics to grow seller business.Data-driven mindset, strong on data analysis.Deep understanding of the European market and e-commerce users.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree, with significant experience in program or product management roles.Systematic understanding of systems and technology.Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus but not required to better support European customers and service partners.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
