Join us.The Strategy & Analytics team plays a core role in analyzing industry trends, setting business targets and reviewing business performance in the UK and Europe. This team is responsible for both quarterly/yearly and long-term targets. It is a highly cross-functional team, with exposure to a multitude of business teams and stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will be focusing on key metrics as well as deep-drives and overall analysis of TikTok's logistics and supply chain function.Responsibilities:Work in a consultative manner with business teams, using data-driven insights to provide them with recommendations, support business reviews and decision-making.Develop long-term strategy and short-term actionable plans for TikTok's commerce business in EMEA.Deploy a data-driven approach to assess strategic and financial health of logistics, evaluate performance, benchmark competition, and conduct comprehensive assessments to produce thorough strategic plans and recommendations.Serve as a thought partner to regional business owners and stream leads, helping structure and solve complex supply chain related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high impact projects.Analyse and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.5+ years of experience in consulting, private equity or corporate strategy.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop leading edge business models and strategies.Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Consumer, Retail and Logistics experience are preferred, but not a must.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, enabling effective communication in multiple senior stakeholder meetings across the business, though it is not essential.Proven track record of mentoring and developing talent
