Are you an experienced legal professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset? We are seeking a dynamic Legal Advisor to join our team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in corporate law and intellectual property , and are looking to make an impact, this might be the role for you What you will do… Ensure legal compliance in all internal documentation, such as contracts, official correspondence, procedures, regulations etc.

Support the company's business development by addressing any legal matters that arise.

Advise, coordinate, and support the implementation of legal changes, ensuring alignment with the company's evolving needs while staying current with legislative updates.

Represent the company in legal matters when necessary to protect its interests.

Maintain and strengthen legal processes, ensuring thorough documentation, regular audits, and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance to management on a wide range of legal topics, from organizational management to customer legal aspects.

Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents to align with the company's needs and legal standards.

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and standards, including data protection requirements, while advising management on necessary actions to uphold these standards.

Stay updated on legal trends and regulations impacting the Estonian digital business sector.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and manage legal risks effectively across the company.
