Buscamos un Brand Specialist para incorporarse a nuestro Departamento de Marketing en nuestras oficinas de Madrid . Esta persona estará encargada de garantizar la relevancia de la marca Civitatis, aumentando su reconocimiento e impulsando su crecimiento a nivel nacional e internacional.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Gestión de las campañas de branding con el objetivo de lograr el reconocimiento de marca en todos los mercados que operamos.
Gestión de creatividades en campañas de Brand-Performance.
Apoyo en la implementación de marca en los diferentes puntos de contacto con cliente interno y externo.
Gestión de la agencia digital para el desarrollo de la estrategia de contenidos.
Análisis y monitoreo de escucha social para rastrear la salud de la marca.
Análisis del posicionamiento y las estrategias de marketing de los competidores.
Evaluar la efectividad de las campañas de marketing en términos de aumento de visibilidad de la marca.
Elaboración de informes y dashboards.
Identificar y analizar tendencias emergentes en el mercado.
Apoyo y gestión en las acciones de trade marketing en ferias, eventos y gestión de merchandising.
Requisitos:
Estudios universitarios en Marketing, Periodismo, Comunicación, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, o campo relacionado. Será un plus la posesión de un título de posgrado/máster.
2 años de experiencia en un rol similar en el área de Brand y/o Marketing.
Comprensión de los principios de marketing y ventas, con la capacidad de traducir estrategias comerciales en acciones tácticas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, gestionando múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y cumpliendo con plazos ajustados.
Orientación a resultados, con una mentalidad analítica y orientada a la resolución de problemas.
Español nativo/bilingüe.
Valorable experiencia en ecommerce y/o travel.
Será un plus nivel C1 en portugués, italiano y/o francés.
