Son líderes en la comercialización de sistemas de pesaje y complementos para el sector industrial y de gran consumo.Tareas**Como Director/a Comercial durante tu día a día**:- Desarrollarás estrategias de venta. Analizarás las tendencias del mercado y ajustarás las estrategias en consecuencia.- Supervisarás y liderarás el equipo de ventas nacional.- Establecerás y mantendrás relaciones sólidas con clientes, distribuidores y otros socios comerciales y participarás en negociaciones clave.- Gestionarás los presupuestos de ventas, establecerás metas financieras y garantizarás el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.- Prepararás informes y presentarás análisis para las fábricas de la empresa de otros países.- Colaborarás con otros departamentos para adaptar productos según las necesidades del mercado y mejorar la oferta de la empresa.**Requisitos**:**Eres la persona que estamos buscando si**:- Tienes al menos 5 años de experiência en roles de venta y gestión o posiciones similares.- Tienes experiência comercial en equipamiento para el sector retail (cadenas de supermercados y grandes superficies).- Has gestionado equipos de venta.- Nível de inglés fluido (mínimo B2).- Tienes disponibilidad para viajar.Beneficios¿Qué ofrecemos?- Contrato indefinido desde el inicio directamente con la empresa cliente a jornada completa.- Salario competitivo fijo + variable.- Horario flexible.- Posibilidad de teletrabajo 1 día a la semana.
