Precisamos completar nuestro equipo de ventas nacional con una persona de amplia experiencia en ventas en el sector IT para nuestra sede de Barcelona. Entre sus responsabilidades estarán el desarrollo de cuentas principales asignadas, con gran potencial de crecimiento, la apertura de nuevos mercados, la elaboración y defensa de ofertas comerciales de servicios profesionales y servicios gestionados, la propuesta a la Dirección de todo tipo de acciones de fidelización y satisfacción de su cartera, el cumplimiento de KPIs de ventas y presentación de resultados y la motivación y liderazgo de su equipo. Serán fundamentales sus habilidades de interlocución con el área de selección, el equipo de recursos humanos y con el equipo de operaciones para lograr los objetivos.
Pensamos en alguien con fortaleza, mucha autonomía y capacidad de resolución, conocimiento solvente del mercado IT en la venta de servicios, tanto en modalidad de T&M como servicio cerrado, potentes habilidades de comunicación y exposición a todos los niveles, bilingüe castellano-catalán, entusiasta y de carácter optimista y activo.
Valoramos muy positivamente aportar experiencia en la venta de servicios gestionados de infraestructuras, redes y seguridad, tener titulación técnica relacionada con el sector, poder comunicarse en inglés profesional y manejar con solvencia la suite de O365.
