This position reports directly to the Legal Manager of the group.As a Junior Lawyer, your duties will be:Advice in legal consultations from the different departments of the company, studying matters of different nature to offer solid, creative and business-oriented legal solutions.Comprehensive supervised corporate management of the corporate compliance of the group companies.Review and negotiate different business contracts, such as services agreements, confidentiality agreements or partnership agreements.Support in review, negotiation, preparation and study of contracts for strategic projects for the company.Regulatory management: Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry and ensuring that the organization adapts its policies and procedures accordingly.Skills required:Law graduate with specific knowledge in consumer and financial sector.1 year experience desirable (not required).Solid knowledge of civil and commercial law.Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and documentation.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.English: Full professional competence (minimum C1).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.What we offer:Immediate incorporation with an indefinite contract.Competitive salary.Homeworking: We have a hybrid Homeworking policy.Culture: where the opinion of ALL the team is carefully listened to.Flexible remuneration: Decide how you want to distribute your salary with products or services getting even better prices, choose between: transportation, childcare, health insurance, restaurant card... and much morePremium Vacation: Yes, the vacation days you take will not be counted and you can take them whenever you want.Flexible schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
