We offer corporate innovation programs and help our corporate partners in every stage of their innovation journey, from education to execution.We also organize startup acceleration programs and have built an in-house VC to drive innovation across multiple industries where we've invested in hundreds of successful companies including Dropbox, Guardant Health, Honey, Lending Club, N26, PayPal, and Rappi.For more information, visitRole OverviewAs the Vice President of Marketing at Plug and Play, your responsibility will be to lead our global marketing and communications strategy, driving inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and elevating our brand across over 20 industries and over 20 countries.We are looking for a visionary leader who can navigate the intricacies of multi-industry sales strategies and a multicultural diverse ecosystem.Your role will be to guide our marketing team to unparalleled success, establishing unrivaled brand awareness and positioning, and steering our marketing efforts to support sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft, implement, and refine a comprehensive global marketing plan that aligns with Plug and Play's strategic initiativesLead and empower the marketing team in USA and Spain, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvementCollaborate closely with senior leadership (C-level) to report on marketing ROI to influence strategic decisionsParticipate in high level corporate partner and government meetings to align strategic projects and large deal executionEnsure seamless integration and alignment of marketing endeavors across diverse industries spanning from and regions, maintaining congruence with global strategiesDrive brand development initiatives, positioning Plug and Play as a leader in open innovation and investmentProvide strategic marketing support to sales and commercial teams, offering insights into competitive differentiation to propel lead-generation effortsOversee cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration between marketing and other departments, including sales, partner success, programs, and venturesLeverage market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies and product positioningRequired Experience and QualificationsA Bachelor's degree ( from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent is preferred10+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in leadership roles, including managing diverse and high-performing teamsExperience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques : Salesforce and Hubspot preferredExceptional fluency in English (C1 level or higher) coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a global, multicultural environmentDeep understanding of market research practices, marketing strategies, and brand-buildingStrong analytical skills with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and project managementDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects spanning across departments and teams, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic growthAll applications must be submitted in EnglishAttendance policy : 3 days at the office, 2 days home.#J-18808-Ljbffr
