For more information, visit Role OverviewAs the Vice President of Marketing at Plug and Play, your responsibility will be to lead our global marketing and communications strategy, driving inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and elevating our brand across over 20 industries and over 20 countries. We are looking for a visionary leader who can navigate the intricacies of multi-industry sales strategies and a multicultural diverse ecosystem. Your role will be to guide our marketing team to unparalleled success, establishing unrivaled brand awareness and positioning, and steering our marketing efforts to support sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships worldwide. Key Responsibilities- Craft, implement, and refine a comprehensive global marketing plan that aligns with Plug and Play's strategic initiatives - Lead and empower the marketing team in USA and Spain, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement- Collaborate closely with senior leadership (C-level) to report on marketing ROI to influence strategic decisions- Participate in high level corporate partner and government meetings to align strategic projects and large deal execution- Ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing endeavors across diverse industries spanning from and regions, maintaining congruence with global strategies- Drive brand development initiatives, positioning Plug and Play as a leader in open innovation and investment- Provide strategic marketing support to sales and commercial teams, offering insights into competitive differentiation to propel lead-generation efforts- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration between marketing and other departments, including sales, partner success, programs, and ventures- Leverage market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies and product positioningRequired Experience and Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree (B. A. ) from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent ispreferred- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in leadership roles, including managing diverse and high-performing teams- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques: Salesforce andHubspot preferred- Exceptional fluency in English (C1 level or higher) coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a global, multicultural environment- Deep understanding of market research practices, marketing strategies, and brand-building- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and project management- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects spanning across departments and teams, with a keen eye for innovation and strategic growth*All applications must be submitted in English** Attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home.
