QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO Como Project Manager en el área de EPO (Execution Projects Office), tu objetivo será ejecutar y liderar la implantación de diversos proyectos multi-disciplinares y/o globales. La implementación de dichos proyectos requiere contar con sus respectivos planes de ejecución y realizar un seguimiento y reporting exhaustivo de los mismos que asegure que se cumplen los objetivos previstos, se gestionan los riesgos y se hace una entrega adecuada en tiempo, forma y presupuesto. Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos: Elaborar, en colaboración con el Senior Program Manager de EPO y el equipo, planes de trabajo detallados de los proyectos. Colaborar en la implementación de los objetivos funcionales, técnicos, plan director, entregables/hitos. Seguimiento de la implementación de los entregables/hitos del proyecto end to end y comunicación de status. Gestión de riesgos que impacten o puedan impactar el éxito del proyecto: Identificación, documentación, comunicación y escalado cuando sea necesario. Gestión de interdependencias: Asegurar que todas las interdependencias están adecuadamente identificadas y que todas las partes afectadas están informadas. Identificar las tareas, hitos y responsables de cada proyecto. Buscar soluciones a los posibles conflictos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los hitos previstos en plan. Coordinar a los distintos Stakeholders involucrados en los proyectos, tanto a nivel corporativo como en las factorías y en las filiales. Colaborar en la elaboración del reporte de status y grado de avance a la dirección de los proyectos y del Área. EXPERIENCIA Años de experiencia mínima en gestión de proyectos multi-disciplinares (es decir, con componentes técnicos, funcionales, de riesgos financieros, regulatorios, legales, u otros) en el sector financiero. Se valora experiencia previa con el Grupo Santander, preferentemente en proyectos relacionados con banca mayorista. EDUCACIÓN Licenciatura / Grado Universitario - Ingeniería / Economía / ADE. HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS Perfecto manejo de los paquetes de MSFT Office. Nivel alto de Inglés y Español. Se valoran certificaciones de Project Management.
