Desde el departamento de Pharma de Antal International nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Customer Service Manager  para trabajar en un importane Laboratorio Farmacéutico multinacional ubicado en Madrid.  Serás la persona responsable de la gestión diaria del departamento de Atención al Cliente asegurando y monitorizando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio. Funciones : Definir los objetivos de nivel de servicio, así como detallar y trasladar los mismos a los miembros del equipo. Definir las prioridades del equipo y trabajar junto con cada uno de los miembros del mismo para garantizar la consecución de las tareas. Resolver y escalar los problemas del día a día. Ser punto de contacto con los departamentos de servicio que a nivel global dan soporte. Gestionar el equipo y capacitar al mismo para la correcta ejecución de sus tareas, así como realizar el seguimiento y la evaluación sobre el desempeño de los miembros. Tomar decisiones basadas en las políticas, procedimientos y plan de negocios establecidos. Responsable de los resultados de los equipos en la gestión diaria de la operativa para la consecución de los objetivos del departamento. Licenciatura (Económicas, ADE, Ingeniería...etc.). Experiencia en departamento/s de Customer Service (sector farma). Entre 2-3 años de experiencia gestionando equipos. Se valorará positivamente tener conocimientos de SAP. Persona capaz de aprender y manejarse con nuevas herramientas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
