**Reportando al Head of Collections Iberia, tus responsabilidades serán**:
- Gestión del equipo de recobro España: Control de de calidad de los/as gestores/as, Seguimiento del performance individual y feedback correspondiente, Realización de los incentivos mensuales del equipo acorde a los objetivos vs consecuciones
- Seguimiento de KPIs del área de Collections, de los/as gestores/as, del portfolio vs objetivos Organización del trabajo diario (revisión diaria y estrategia conforme al portfolio)
- Actualización y control de los distintos reportes
- Seguimiento de los proveedores externos de recobro amistoso y legal
- Búsqueda de mejora continua y eficiencia en el área de recobro
**Buscamos a alguien con**:
- Experiência demostrable en la gestión de equipos de recobro - mínimo 3 años
- Habilidades de gestión y liderazgo
- Orientación a resultados y acostumbrado/a a trabajar bajo presión
- Proactividad en el desarrollo y mejora de la estrategia, procesos, herramientas, etc.
- Autonomía, reactividad y que le guste trabajar en equipo
- Capacidad analítica y visión general del ciclo del Crédito
- Dominio de los procedimientos de sobreendeudamiento y recuperación contenciosa
- Dominio de las herramientas de Microsoft - especialmente Excel
