This role will work closely with the Human Resource Team on America's payroll-related matters and will directly interact with OneTrust's America's employees. This individual must be driven, highly motivated, pro-active, detail oriented, self-directed and own the America's payroll function for various countries. This position offers the ability to learn, develop and grow their career working for a dynamic and fast-growing start-up company.Your Mission :Work closely with the America's payroll vendor(s) to process the payroll for OneTrust employees in numerous countries within the America's region.Responsible for reviewing new hire entries, master file changes from Workday, and reconciling payroll files from the various vendor(s).Audit time sheets and system uploads.Assist America's employees and managers with pay related issues.Assist with research projects and preparation of management reports as needed.Special projects and other duties as assigned.Ensure controls are properly performed within the payroll process.Coordinate with external auditors to assist with quarterly and annual audits as required.Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.Strong work ethics with the ability and flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods such as payroll submission, quarter, and year-end remittance deadlines.Ability to work hours in different time zones to resolve critical payroll issues if necessary.Serve as a backup to the America's Payroll Manager when out of the office.Responsible for processing off cycle manual payroll checks and/or ACH payroll payments.You Are :5+ Years of America's payroll processing experience.Workday experience is preferred.Good working knowledge of Microsoft business suite, specifically excel.Knowledge of various payroll vendor(s) software and processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.Experience processing payroll for employees located in various America's countries.Possess a working knowledge of payroll-related requirements & regulations.Maintain confidentiality in all assignments and in all information obtained.Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
