IT Project ManagerOferta de empleo¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA CUANDO TE UNAS AL EQUIPO?Te integrarás dentro del área de Producto, por lo que en tu día a día:Liderarás proyectos IT durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, desde la recogida y definición de requisitos y funcionalidades hasta la implementación, seguimiento y puesta en marcha, asegurando que cada fase esté alineada con las necesidades del negocio.Colaborarás con los equipos de ventas, desarrollo y producto para comprender a fondo las necesidades de los clientes y proveedores.Analizarás requisitos y definirás funcionalidades clave del producto para que todo esté en orden desde el principio.? Construirás una hoja de ruta clara y concisa en colaboración con los diferentes equipos involucrados en el desarrollo para que todos sepan hacia dónde vamos.Gestionarás de manera integral el proyecto, desde el presupuesto y cronograma hasta la entrega final, estando al frente de todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.Documentación en Jira: Serás responsable de la entrega final del proyecto cumpliendo los criterios de calidad establecidos y documentación necesaria.Coordinación de recursos: Trabajarás con equipos internos y externos para asegurarte de que se cumpla el alcance, plazos y presupuesto.? Gestión del alcance: Implementarás procedimientos para garantizar que el proyecto se mantenga dentro de los parámetros establecidos, anticipándote a posibles riesgos.Supervisarás las etapas de desarrollo, métricas clave del proyecto y productos entregados (MVP), para que todo avance sin perder el rumbo.¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS ETI?+2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos IT como Project ManagerExperiencia previa trabajando con equipos de Desarrollo de Software y metodologías AgileExperiencia en el uso de JIRA o una herramienta similar de gestión ágil de proyectos.Flexibilidad a la hora de trabajar en un entorno cambianteActitud crítica con atención a los detalles para analizar tanto las soluciones/proyectos propuestos, como los desarrollos implementados por el equipo.Por último y lo más importante, si entre tus soft skills, destacan tus dotes para: organizarte, comunicarte, tomar decisiones y sobre todo un/a profesional proactiv@...eres la persona que estamos buscando¿QUÉ OTROS PUNTOS TENDREMOS EN CUENTA?Tienes Certificación profesional como PMP o PRINCE2.Has trabajado en el sector travel/turismoHas dirigido tu carrera hacia el desarrollo de proyectos técnicos.Tienes nivel alto de inglés.Y lo más importante, que seas proactiv@ y buen jugador/a de equipoTus beneficios en LleegoTrabaja de manera híbrida, y disfruta de tu tiempo con días de vacaciones extra en Navidad y cumpleaños.#J-18808-Ljbffr
