.Warehouse Improvement LeaderWhat you will doThe purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor position at JCH EU is to oversee and manage the logistics operations within a warehouse facility operated by the 3PL. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with the 3PL provider to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, while also maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer orders. This role involves monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor may be involved in optimizing the warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs.How you will do itOwn warehousing operation performance for Central Distribution Center and UK Spoke through management of our 3PLsContinuous Improvement: Driving 5% year on year savings through bottom-up approachQuality: Setup and manage good practices to ensure the quality of our ProductsEHS: Setup and manage good practices to ensure the safety of our People and ProductsForward planning with relevant stakeholders to ensure operation meets business requirementsEnsure close communication with relevant team members to facilitate On Time, In Full Delivery to drive Customer SatisfactionOwn warehouse operation performance metric and issues resolutionWhat we are looking forMin 7-10 years of experience managing 3PL warehousing operation performance for the Industrial sector, Diploma or Degree holderAble to lead and drive CI activities through LEAN methodology and familiar with implementing and maintaining tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping.Understands and able to conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive proper Corrective and Preventive Actions for Quality and EHS mattersAble to lead and coach employees; 3-5 years of People Management experience is preferred.High level of EnglishFamiliar with Oracle 11iComfortable working in a matrix organizationGood leadership backed with strong analytical skillsWhat we offerJohnson Control offers an interesting compensation package according to your qualification and experience.
