Warehouse Improvement Leader

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the warehouse facility to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Own warehousing operation performance for Central Distribution Center and UK Spoke through management of our 3PLs.
- Drive 5% year on year savings through bottom-up approach.
- Setup and manage good practices to ensure the quality of our Products.
- Setup and manage good practices to ensure the safety of our People and Products.
- Forward planning with relevant stakeholders to ensure operation meets business requirements.
- Ensure close communication with relevant team members to facilitate On Time, In Full Delivery to drive Customer Satisfaction.
- Min 7-10 years of experience of managing 3PL warehousing operation performance for Industrial sector, Diploma or Degree holder.
- Able to lead and drive CI activities through LEAN methodology and familiar with implementing and maintaining tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping.
- Understands and able to conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive proper Corrective and Preventive Actions for Quality and EHS matters.
- Able to lead and coach employees.
- 3-5 years of People Management experience is preferred.
- High level of English.
- Familiar with Oracle 11i.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Good leadership back with strong analytical skills.
