Warehouse Improvement Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Improvement Leader to oversee and manage the logistics operations within a warehouse facility operated by a 3PL provider. The successful candidate will work closely with the 3PL provider to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Optimize the warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
Requirements:
- Min 7-10 years of experience managing 3PL warehousing operation performance for the Industrial sector.
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Able to lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) activities through LEAN methodology.
- Familiar with implementing and maintaining tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping.
- Able to lead and coach employees.
- 3-5 years of People Management experience is preferred.
- High level of English.
- Familiar with Oracle 11i.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Good leadership background with strong analytical skills.
