Medinsa is a multinational pharmaceutical company specialising in the production of solid oral dosage forms, sales and distribution of medicines.
The company is part of the German Aristo Pharma Group and is looking for a Production Supervisor for the production department.
Production, Full-time Job advertisement Main tasks of the position: Management of Human Resources and Production of the Manufacturing shift.
New products and Transfers (active participation in projects).
Supervision of batch starts and cleaning.
Supervision of machinery.
Supervision of direct labour.
Supervision of the periodic calibration status of equipment.
Preparation and supervision of batch documentation: protocol, labels, annexes, etc.
Preparation of documentation (Procedures, DEs....etc.).
Processing of quantities and times in the SCA system.
Requesting sample analysis to Quality Control.
Collaborate with the Production Technicians in the organisation activities, coordination of personnel, proposals for improvements and training.
Control of the material needs of the section.
Technical assistance.
Proposing process and equipment improvements.
Training / Experience High level of technical English.
Demonstrable experience in the area of Oral Solids Production in the Pharmaceutical Industry will be an asset.
Other skills/experience: Operation of ERP system, SAP or similar.
Management of machinery and production equipment will be an asset: Granulation equipment (dry and wet).
Coating equipment.
Pellet manufacturing equipment.
Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is an asset.
Technical Competences Supervise production processes based on ensuring compliance with GMP standards and procedures.
Ensure maximum yield and quality in a timely manner.
Optimal use of machinery.
Key Competences Initiative and decision making.
Global vision of MEDINSA's processes.
Communication and relationship skills.
Working conditions Professional group (according to experience).
