We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage – and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future – and yours.What You Will DoMAIN MISSIONS:Guarantee the manufacturing operations in accordance with the safety and environmental standards.Manufacture products according to the production plan and product specifications to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction by delivering on time at the lowest cost with the expected quality.Safety & EnvironmentAs a line manager, enforce the rules applicable on the site, as well as act to improve EHS&S standards for your teams.Respect, apply and enforce all safety procedures (lockout, dangerous products management, fire evacuation, accidents, wearing of personal protection, compliance with waste disposal policy, etc.).Be responsible for the security of the site.Present the safety update prepared by the EHS&S department.Alert, escalate and record security issues, incidents, risks, etc.QualityRespect, apply and enforce good manufacturing and quality practice procedures (self-control, blockage, traceability, materials refused upon receipt, personnel audits, unblocking, cleanliness, hygiene in the shop floor, etc.).Ensure compliance with standards and defined manufacturing processes.Approve manufacturing documents after verifying that all requested information is present (Verification and correction of discrepancies in batch records).Organize tests and checks after defective blockages.Make the entire team aware of the quality of the products manufactured.Be responsible for the quality training plan for the employees.Alert and take contingency measures in case of standards deviation.Participate in talent recruitment and lead team training & development plans.Track and ensure the level management, monitoring of recovery hours, sick leave, etc.Lead and participate in the daily/weekly/monthly performance management meetings.Be responsible for the safety, quality and sustainability training plan for the employees, mandatory global face-to-face training as well as operational training in the workshops
