Job Description Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for technical, GTM, and G&A roles across the EMEA region. Manage everything from job postings to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. ATS & Reporting: Manage candidate data using SmartRecruiters, and provide regular reports on hiring metrics to improve recruitment decision-making. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to drive efficiency, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-hire. Qualifications Who You Are: Experience: 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within tech, GTM, or consulting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a focus on the EMEA region. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in additional EMEA languages is an advantage.
