In qualità di Partner Growth Manager, sarai un pilastro fondamentale per sviluppare e gestire relazioni con i nostri partner e clienti.
Le tue responsabilità: Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business attraverso contatti con decision maker come direttori di reti, agenzie e professionisti immobiliari.
Gestire le relazioni con i partners per garantire la loro soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
Collaborare strettamente con i team di Prodotto e Operations per ottimizzare i processi e garantire un'esperienza cliente impeccabile.
Partecipare a progetti secondari per sviluppare competenze trasversali e contribuire attivamente alla crescita del business.
Il tuo profilo: Hai almeno un anno di esperienza nel mondo commerciale, preferibilmente in ruoli di Account Manager, Business Developer o vendite.
Hai una forte attitudine commerciale e sei motivato/a a sviluppare ulteriormente le tue competenze in questo ambito.
Sei riconosciuto per le tue eccellenti capacità relazionali, di comunicazione e di persuasione.
Sei orientato/a ai risultati e ami le sfide.
Hai dimestichezza nel lavorare al telefono e tramite videomeeting per gestire clienti e partner.
Padronanza perfetta della lingua italiana e una buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
