Dit is een productielocatie waar ze steriele medicatie produceren voor onder andere ziekenhuizen.
Het is een leuke locatie waar veel activiteiten samenkomen.
Kortom, genoeg te doen in een brede setting voor een gedreven hands-on HR Business Partner die makkelijk schakelt in een dynamische omgeving en in staat is om het overzicht te bewaren.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de HR Manager Nederland en ben je onderdeel van het Management Team in Hoogeveen.
Wat ga je onder andere doen om bij te dragen aan ons doel?
Je bent de sparring partner van het Management Team in Hoogeveen.
Je adviseert, coacht en ondersteunt hen in alle HR gerelateerde onderwerpen.
Je leidt en werkt mee aan diverse HR-projecten.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de lokale uitrol van de Global HR-initiatieven.
Je werkt nauw samen met het gecentraliseerde payroll team in Barcelona en voert de controle uit over de payroll.
Je werkt samen met het Management Team van de locatie in Hoogeveen aan de verdere groei, waaronder werving en selectie van nieuwe collega's, een goede on-boarding, en dat alles contractueel en administratief goed wordt afgehandeld.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor correcte HR-data en rapportages, bijvoorbeeld ten aanzien van FTE-ontwikkeling en verzuim.
Je begeleidt het verzuimproces en hebt regelmatig overleg met de managers.
Je kijkt ook naar preventie en wat er verder verbeterd kan worden.
Je ondersteunt en adviseert managers bij HR-vraagstukken zoals ziekteverzuim, functioneren en ontwikkeling.
Je werkt nauw samen met je mede HR-collega's aan HR-beleid en procedures.
Met deze functie maak je het verschil voor onze collega's als je: Een Bachelor diploma hebt in de richting van Human Resources of gelijkwaardig.
Bij voorkeur minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante HR-werkervaring hebt; we nodigen HR Generalisten die klaar zijn voor de volgende stap in hun carrière ook uit te solliciteren.
Goede kennis van het Nederlands arbeidsrecht hebt.
Een rijbewijs hebt om andere locaties van Fagron te kunnen bezoeken, zoals in Oldenzaal en Capelle aan den IJssel.
Up-to-date kennis van wet- en regelgeving hebt.
Goede communicatievaardigheden hebt in het Nederlands en Engels.
Zelfstandig kan werken, hands-on bent, en integer bent.
Creatief kunt zoeken naar oplossingen.
Een mate van relativeringsvermogen hebt en makkelijk contact legt met diverse mensen binnen en buiten de organisatie.
Bij voorkeur fulltime (40 uur per week) beschikbaar bent, maar 4 dagen is ook bespreekbaar.
