Role: As a Junior Buyer at Destinus, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement activities.
You will work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services necessary for our operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to grow their career in procurement within a leading aerospace company.
Key Responsibilities Assist in Supplier Selection:  Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Order Processing:  Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Inventory Management:  Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Vendor Communication:  Maintain effective communication with suppliers to track order status and resolve any issues.
Market Research:  Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Support Negotiations:  Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
Collaboration:  Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MSD procurement software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent English speaker.
