.Lleva a cabo el mantenimiento y reparación de componentes y equipos, así como actividades de inspección utilizando diferentes herramientas y técnicas. Trabaja en equipo y bajo supervisión, ya sea en el taller o en el campo.1. Funciones principalesLlevar a cabo reparaciones, inspeccionar y realizar actividades en varios productos y equipos en el lugar del cliente o en nuestras propias instalaciones.Realizar tareas de mantenimiento bajo supervisión directa.Interpretar diseños de mecánica básica y manuales de mantenimiento, ensamblando y desmantelando para realizar los alineamientos y ajustes necesarios.Identificar componentes y explicar sus funciones básicas.Reparar y reemplazar partes siguiendo los manuales técnicos de los equipos.Resolver problemas comunes de forma independiente; para tareas complejas, debe ser guiado por técnicos más experimentados.Identificar la estructura básica del equipo, localizar los componentes principales y explicar su funcionamiento básico a sus colegas.Asegurar que su área de trabajo esté limpia y ordenada, garantizando que las herramientas y equipos sean guardados apropiadamente.Evaluar los sistemas mecánicos de baja complejidad de los equipos asignados, así como efectuar la reparación, acondicionamiento y/o reemplazo de componentes mecánicos menores como válvulas y cilindros hidráulicos.2. Planificación y reporte1. Planificar, gestionar y mantener las herramientas y equipos necesarios para las labores de servicio, asegurando su disponibilidad cuando sea solicitado.2. Reportar y documentar resultados después de los mantenimientos y reparaciones, entregándolos a su jefe inmediato.3. Atención al cliente1. Brindar asistencia al cliente en su producto, equipo o procesos, sugiriendo posibles mejoras.4. Colaboración con otros equipos y divisionesAmpliar red de contactos y asistir a entrenamiento local.Pueden ser nominados para entrenamiento en fábrica si se les identifica como alto potencial (HiPo).Brindar retroalimentación basada en retos experimentados en el campo.Participar localmente en talleres organizados por la división de equipos.5. Supervisión / Entrenador1.
