.Project Development Director for Spain identifies, analyses and executes utility scale solar opportunities to develop, build, and operate solar projects in Spain. He/she will be responsible for building their own team for the development of projects from land acquisition stage through the permitting process to obtaining the ready-to-build status.ResponsibilitiesImplementation, development, and follow-up of development strategy on the Spanish market; Build and manage own development team, conducting full permitting process for Spanish market, supervise negotiations; Bringing new opportunities and development of internal strategy approach; Project development for permitting processes before administration and utilities in order to obtain construction permits; Overseeing renewable energy project management of the team; Negotiate and secure lease agreements; Research regulatory framework to identify best business development options; Our Requirements3 years+ solar project permitting experienceExperience in site assessment, grid and construction permitting and grid connection processes; Languages: fluency in Spanish and English; In-depth solar energy sector knowledge and legal aspects of the permitting process is required; Bachelor's degree;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Focused and goal-oriented.We OfferWork in an international environment in the dynamically developing renewable energy industry; Stable employmentin the largest and most reputable company in the PV industry in Poland with long-term goals on the Italian market; Entrepreneurial and end-product oriented work culture at a fast-growing company that offers more professional advancement opportunities than its peers; Opportunity to join the company at an early stage of development, create and manage your own team; Intellectually stimulating team with graduates from top European and US universities; Attractive remuneration (including perks such as a car); Home office: Remote/office location to be agreed.Reporting to: Head of Iberia and LATAM; Please send CV to:******@rpower.solarABOUT R.POWERR.Power Group is one of the fastest growing renewables companies focused on photovoltaics technology in Europe.
