R. Power Sp. Z O.O., a leading player in the European solar energy market, seeks an experienced Solar PV Construction Manager to spearhead our growth strategy. With operations in Poland and Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, the Netherlands, and Germany, we're looking for a seasoned professional to drive project success in Seville.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of large-scale solar PV projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and regulatory standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project schedules and budgets, taking into account technical requirements, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to select suitable suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to agreements.
  • Provide effective project supervision, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and address potential issues.
  • Evaluate project costs and implement corrective actions to manage unforeseen expenses.
  • Ensure that all projects meet local, regional, and national regulations and requirements for photovoltaic installations.
  • Implement efficient workflows and solutions to increase project efficiency and quality.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the solar renewables sector.
  • Higher education in engineering, construction, renewable energy, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with EPC processes for investment projects.
  • Experience working with international teams and local DSOs.
  • Excellent English language skills and high level of assertiveness when interacting with external contractors.
  • Ability to think analytically, communicate effectively with higher management, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed intercultural skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Budget and project cost management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
