This is a fantastic opportunity to join a recognized global growth company offering competitive compensation and benefits in addition to career growth.In our Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions (GSC ADS) organization, you will be a leader in the Procurement Analytics group for multiple sourcing categories (Indirect, Logistics, Chemicals, Equipment or Packaging).
Your role will drive the change and bring new capabilities to the organization.We look for the perfect blend of business acumen and technical skills that will drive us to accelerate the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process.
You will collaborate with Global Procurement leaders, other supply chain functions, and business units to implement capabilities, new reporting, and analytics to identify savings opportunities in procurement across the enterprise.
Candidates must have a passion for systems, data, operational reporting advanced analytics.If you have a curious mindset, are data obsessed, and a technologically savvy professional ready for a new challenge, this will be an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a stable growing companyWhat Will You Do:Develop and implement a global strategy for analytics across multiple procurement spend categoriesDeliver data analytics projects to enhance procurement capabilitiesServe as the product owner for a portfolio of analytical products ensuring their evolution supports end users and improves speed to decisionsProvide insights on savings opportunities and market dynamicsRefine the process and lead execution of competitive sourcing eventsRecommend solutions to business problemsPrepare presentations for executive leadershipBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Continuously improve procurement processesLead and develop a high performing team of direct/indirect employees across multiple geographiesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.5+ years in Procurement, Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence2+ years leading a teamExperience with e-Sourcing tools (e.g., Jaggaer, SMART by GEP, Coupa)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Degree in a technical field or Advanced degreeExperience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Project management skills (certification a plus)Proven ability to improve processes and lead cross-functional teamsStrong business acumen in procurement analysis and forecastingExperience managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneouslyEcolab's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) reflects our longstanding value of working together to integrate diverse perspectives to challenge ourselves, reach our goals and do what's right.
