.Buscamos :El trabajo de Front Office Night Auditor se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:Todas las tareas de recepción de noche se llevan a cabo de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.Los departamentos relacionados con la recepción funcionan de forma correcta durante la noche y sin incidencias.Se asegura que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y materiales y se reciclan los residuos generados.Mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros de su propio equipo y de otros departamentos sobre asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo al funcionamiento del hotel y al bienestar de los huéspedes.Encontrarás :Facilidades operativas en el día a día como transporte al hotel, facilidades de alojamiento, comidas en el turno de trabajo, lavado de uniformes.Excelente ambiente de trabajo con un gran equipo unido y comprometido del que formar parte.Oportunidades de carrera y crecimiento a nivel interno e internacional.Estabilidad laboral y mentalidad abierta a nuevas ideas y formas de trabajo.Herramientas innovadoras para el desempeño de tus labores y las de tu equipo.What we are looking for :The job of Front Office Night Auditor is successfully executed when:All nightly audit-related duties are conducted while operating the hotel front desk systems for PBX, reservations, and check-in/check-out in accordance with hotel standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security.Front desk related departments are well running during the night and with responsibility.Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.Usual job responsibilities include : ensure guests security and comfort at all times. Day end closing is done properly. Process guest registrations, including the computation and collection of payment. Perform nightly balancing of all services to ensure proper posting to property management system. Provide guest assistance whilst ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards, and satisfaction of guests' needs.
