About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at B. Europe Hotels Private Collection B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and accounting functions during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Check in guests, handle their requests, and take reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Reconcile all accounts, process invoices, and prepare paychecks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their complaints, requests, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Inventory Management: Balance the cash drawer and log receipts, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent math skills, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and strong customer service skills.
  • Education: BSc in accounting, finance, or a relevant field, or a Business Hospitality degree.
  • Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in Spanish.
