About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Night Agent to join our team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's reception during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security and comfort of our guests at all times.
  • Perform nightly balancing of all services to ensure proper posting to our property management system.
  • Process guest registrations, including the computation and collection of payment.
  • Provide exceptional guest assistance while ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Know all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, and upcoming events.
  • Brief direct subordinates accordingly to ensure all Front Office team members can answer guest requests and questions.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Open-minded and EU Citizenship.
  • Highly focused on service and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
  • Experience in 5-star/luxury hotels.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
