We have ambitions to be a world-class function and have our work truly propel Mews forward.We must be clear and intentional about the Mewsers we believe will thrive here and work to attract them.Our assessment processes should be equitable and lead to us building healthy and diverse teamsWe need to inspire great behaviours in our stakeholders, that lead to sound hiring decisions and flawless candidate experiences.Support movement within Mews so we become renowned as a destination to grow and develop your career.As a Recruiter in our go-to-market (GTM) pod, you will directly contribute and impact business performance by identifying, attracting and assessing GTM talent we need to scale, working in a sourcing and recruiting capacity.Your key responsibilities will include each aspect of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate identification and engagement, candidate assessment and selection, and talent pipeline management. There will be several projects for you to get involved with, across DE&I, employer branding, process development, and training our interviewers.Your mission, should you choose to accept it:You will cover most roles that come up within your GTM stakeholder group and be able to hire them effectively. You recognise that for each role, your sourcing channels (LinkedIn, applications, referrals, internal Mewsers) will have different levels of effectiveness.You will use data, leveraging it to create compelling reasons for your stakeholders to build and maintain positive behaviours. You can also use it to reflect, learn and optimise how you recruit.You will build structured hiring processes with hiring teams that lead to impactful hires and healthy teams.You will create content that can be shared externally to support our hiring goals and positively impact our employer brand.You will identify issues and challenges that could prevent us from becoming a world-class recruiting function.You will be a trusted teammate to the People Business Partner, sharing the responsibility to solve problems with your shared stakeholder group and supporting each other.? You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:Experience recruiting, either within an internal team or agency and working with a range of range hiring stakeholders. Ideally, you have hired for GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and/or Technical (design, data, or engineering) positions.Demonstrated ability to engage with and attract passive candidates via sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, X-ray search, etc.) and champion building a diverse pipeline of candidates
