Now, we are looking for a Recruiter in our office in Madrid, Spain.

**What is the role About?
As a recruiter your role will be team/up with the managers to reach recruitment needs, for this you will,
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, taking into account realities of the external job market.
- Advise the recruiter and determine the best recruitment strategy for a specific position.
- Manage the entire ATS process and promote the use of the tool to hiring managers.
- Work with the marketing department to promote Group-IPS.
- Participate in recruitment events with universities.
- international scope: mainly in Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain
- Design, develop and implement strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- More than 6 years experience as a recruiter, preferable with engineering Profiles.
- Excellent Knowledge of the Spain market and labour legislation. International experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of ATS platforms and experience with various recruitment tools
- Languages: Mandatory with English and Spanish, as a plus Dutch or German preferably
- Flexible, team player with an international mindset. Excellent organizational and negotiation skills. Multitasking and goal-oriented, with a can-do attitude.
- Experienced in several recruitment tools and well knowledge of local platforms.
