We are looking for a dynamic, experienced,
**Recruiter based **in Madrid. The position will primarily support our team based in Spain but may support (virtually) in other geographies as needed. The focus for this recruiter will be tech and sales, however, other departments will be supported as well. By partnering with our leaders, you will help to support the achievement of Enverus’ goals and strategic objectives. This position reports to the Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition.
**Performance Objectives**
- Ability to understand complex job descriptions and create a supporting recruitment strategy, utilizing a variety of resources and tools to include passive recruitment.
- Ownership of all assigned requisitions.
- Development of a pipeline for key roles, for future needs.
- Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers.
- References, offer letters and background processes.
- Effectively manage time to fill goals.
- Flexibility to fill a variety of roles in Spain and globally.
- Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
- 5 - 10 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven success recruiting Tech roles, but effective recruiting across all departments.
- Established track record of developing proactive sourcing and mining strategies.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with an ATS system, preferably Jobvite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Action-oriented and results-driven individual
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
