Controller Financiero, de tesorería y proyectos internacionales que, reportando a Dirección General y CFO corporativo y en coordinación con los CF de las filiales internacionales, garantice una gestión financiera eficiente de la unidad de negocio (sector industrial de automatización y tecnología avanzada), con especial enfoque en la optimización de la tesorería, el control de la liquidez y la mejora continua de procesos financieros clave, asegurando la rentabilidad operativa mediante un análisis riguroso de costes, la supervisión financiera de proyectos (nacionales e internacionales) y la implementación efectiva de SAP; contribuyendo de manera directa a la estabilidad y crecimiento sostenible de la unidad.
• Gestión de Tesorería: Supervisión del flujo de caja, previsión de cobros y pagos, optimización de liquidez y reducción de gastos financieros.
• Control de Gestión: Análisis financiero de resultados, control de costes y rentabilidad de proyectos, y seguimiento de presupuestos.
• Optimización del Flujo de Caja: Identificación de ineficiencias, reducción de gastos financieros y control de flujos en proyectos.
• Relación con Filiales: Coordinación con equipos financieros en filiales internacionales para optimizar previsiones de cobro y pagos.
• Implementación de SAP: Apoyo en la implementación del sistema SAP, asegurando eficiencia en la gestión financiera.
• Análisis Financiero y de Negocio: Evaluación de ingresos, gastos y riesgos financieros, proponiendo estrategias para mejorar la rentabilidad.
• Optimización de Procesos: Propuestas para mejorar la estructura financiera y operativa, aumentando la eficiencia y reduciendo costes.
• Reportes y Planificación Financiera: Elaboración de informes financieros y coordinación de presupuestos, con seguimiento de KPIs clave.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados: • Experiencia sólida como FC o en roles similares operativos (la estrategia le va a venir definida), preferentemente en empresas industriales o tecnológicas con presencia internacional, y capacidad para trabajar de manera operativa con proyectos financieros complejos.
• Dominio en tesorería, control de gestión, análisis financiero y financiación de proyectos.
• Nivel fluido de inglés.
• Conocimientos avanzados de SAP, Excel y valorable Power BI.
• Habilidades de liderazgo colaborativo y comunicación, con capacidad para coordinarse con equipos deslocalizados (posibles viajes puntuales) y trabajar en una estructura sin apenas equipo directo a cargo.
• Alta capacidad analítica y operativa, con enfoque en resolución de problemas financieros.
