Se enfocará en ejecutar y liderar las actividades del Departamento Comercial o de un equipo de Ventas y el personal asignado a la oficina, mantener al equipo motivado y diseñar estrategias para lograr los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.Estará encargado de planificar y dirigir los planes de ventas de los productos o servicios de la organización para alcanzar los objetivos marcados.. En este sentido, debe establecer estrategias y metas reales que sirvan para maximizar los ingresos de la Organización. Nuestro ResponsableComercial atiende directamente una cartera de clientes.Supervisar al talentoasignado a la oficina.Ciclo de venta completoAlcanzar metas mensualesInvestigar y conocer el mercado.Definir objetivos y establecer metas para el equipo de ventas.Motivar al equipo de trabajo.Estudiar a la competencia para saber sus estrategias y qué valor añadido ofrecen.Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones del equipo comercial a su cargo.Diseñar e implementar políticas y estrategias.Establecer objetivos de ventas SMART.Identificar nuevos clientes potenciales y mantener excelentes relaciones con los actuales clientes.Supervisar los procesos de selección del equipo comercial y capacitación, en coordinación con el Departamento de Recursos Humanos.Mantener una relación estrecha con el departamento de marketing para crear campañas de ventas más efectivas.Estar al día con las nuevas tendencias, productos y servicios similares del mercado.Desafíos Ciclo de venta completoAlcanzar metas mensualesTerritorios:Islas Canarias, España, US y zonas que se vayan sumando al espectro comercial de Binhex.Experiencia de 5 años o más liderando equipos de ventas y equipos de trabajo.Formación en ventas y gestión de equipos.Capacidad de cierre de negociaciones y dotes de liderazgo.Habilidades de comunicación y dominio del lenguaje oral y escrito.Perfil analítico orientado a la toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.Organización y planificación de estrategias.Motivación y manejo de grupo.Capacidad de asumir retos, trabajar bajo presión y alcanzar objetivos.Alto nivel de respuesta a las necesidades del cliente.Habilidades operativas y de planificación.¿Qué es lo mejor del trabajo?
