Cerquem un/a professional amb experiència prèvia per treballar com a WAREHOUSE MANAGER per integra-se a l'equip humà d'una important empresa del sector de l'alimentació ubicada a Martorell.
Funcions i responsabilitats: En dependència del Director de Logística, organitzaràs la gestió del magatzem optimitzant la seguretat, la qualitat, els costos, terminis i criteris d'implantació.
Entre d'altres, aquestes seran les teves funcions:
-Seràs el responsable del funcionament general del teu departament.
-Gestionaràs un equip de 5-10 persones organitzades en 2 torns, assegurant la cohesió i la motivació dins dels equips.
-També t'ocuparàs d'organitzar el picking: organització treball, mètode, seguretat, eficiència i millores a l'operativa.
-Dissenyaràs i implantaràs nous processos optimitzats per a totes les àrees sota la teva responsabilitat.
-Definiràs els KPI, els implementaràs i en faràs seguiment
-Controlaràs les existències. Realitzaràs i revisaràs inventaris.
-Faràs la gestió documental. Arxivaràs i custodiaràs documents que afectin en la gestió del magatzem.
-Elaboraràs el pressupost anual en col·laboració amb la direcció del departament i seràs el responsable de l'execució quantitativa i qualitativa del pressupost definit per a la teva àrea.
-Realitzaràs auditories internes de manera regular, per verificar que els processos de treball es compleixen segons la normativa vigent.
-Gestionaràs el magatzem extern. Faràs control d'estocs, inventari, entrada i sortides.
-Coordinaràs amb els operadors logístics, transportistes o proveïdors i assegurar que el lliurament de la comanda al client final ha estat un èxit.

- Salari brut anual de 35K-37K€, d'acord amb la teva experiència aportada.
