Issue complaint management process of detected non-conformances and run root cause analysis.Communicate to supplier and quality management.Conduct Quality inspections at supplier site or incoming inspections. Closely cooperate with component engineering.Provide technology support for materials or products and elaborate testing specifications.Evaluate and report on supplier performance and support definitions of effective measures.Participate in quality meetings with suppliers.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone with:Enhanced knowledge and expertise of the global supply quality network by organizing and leading a global community of Supply Quality Engineers sharing know-how and training on LSF and welding.Product and Process Qualification: Be the technical Lead in multi-functional teams to perform Product and Process Qualification (PPQ) on commodity parts.Be a key authority in improving suppliers and supporting critical technical issues by being a creator and owner of a commodity/technology network.At least 5-8 years professional experience in an area of supplier quality management, procurement and LSF and welding.Experience performing supplier qualifications, product/process qualification & technical supplier development to provide a global quality-assured and cost-effective supply base. Experience in APQP4Wind and PPAP is an advantage.Experience in leading projects and running virtual multi-functional teams in an international environment
