Sumérgete en un viaje que te llevará a trabajar en varios países y a formar parte de nuestra extensa familia global.El Voice of Customer Coordinator forma parte del equipo Insights, un equipo multimarca diseñado para prestar servicios a hoteles y centralizar las tareas de back of the house de los equipos operativos. Esta posición se encarga de gestionar todas las respuestas a opiniones online de los clientes (OTAs y sitios de reseñas), encuestas de satisfacción e incidencias de clientes posteriores a la estancia en los hoteles, siguiendo los protocolos de respuesta de MHI. Además, el Voice of Customer Coordinator analiza los resultados de Voice of Customer y prepara informes para los equipos operativos, manteniendo siempre una comunicación estrecha con los hoteles para lograr una gestión y coordinación óptimas de las respuestas.
