Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's or associate degree in design, Interaction Design, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer preferably working on a SaaS product.Experience working on digital products or platforms is highly desirable.Experience working in the travel industry or designing online booking experiences is a major asset.Proficient in design tools – we use Figma.Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.Demonstrated ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs throughout the design process.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design projects and your process from concept to final implementation.
