El equipo de Advanced Analytics desarrolla algoritmos de Inteligencia Artificial dirigidos a optimizar los procesos y decisiones más desafiantes dentro de la industria del retail.El equipo de Advanced Analytics de Mango está formado por Data Scientists, Big Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Deep Learning Researchers e Software Engineers que trabajan juntos en squads multidisciplinares para desarrollar algoritmos de aprendizaje automático de calidad de vanguardia aprovechando la última tecnología en plataformas de Big Data y computación distribuida.Cada una de los squads de análisis avanzado tiene como objetivo desarrollar y evolucionar algoritmos de aprendizaje automático para hacer frente a algunos de los principales retos técnicos y empresariales de Mango:- Generative Artificial Intelligence squad: Equipo transversal responsable de impulsar iniciativas innovadoras relacionadas con algoritmos generativos (texto, imagen, video, etc) en el cual se incorporará la persona seleccionada. Este squad ha liderado el desarrollo de la plataforma de IA basada en LLM para los casos de uso internos. Además, es responsable de impulsar la transformación que se está llevando a cabo en los procesos creativos empleando modelos de IA de generación de imágenes. Este equipo realizará investigación de los diferentes algoritmos disponibles para evaluar su madurez y utilidad dentro de Mango para llevar a cabo pruebas de concepto y su posterior puesta en producción.- Personalization Squad: Desarrollar algoritmos de Inteligencia Artificial para proporcionar una experiencia personalizada a los clientes del sitio web y de la App de Mango, incluyendo recomendaciones de producto, ajuste y tamaño, aprovechando las capacidades de despliegue en tiempo real y el flujo de clics en tiempo real.- Pricing and Mark-Down Squad: Desarrollar algoritmos de aprendizaje automático que determinen las promociones y descuentos óptimos para optimizar el margen de la empresa durante el periodo de ventas.- Purchasing/Production Squad: Desarrollar algoritmos de ciencia de datos para la detección temprana de best-sellers y para determinar cuántas unidades de cada producto y talla debe fabricar Mango durante la planificación de la temporada.Debido a la relevancia de los proyectos de Mango Advanced Analytics, cada squad tiene visibilidad y presentaciones a nivel de junta directiva
