We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our AI for protein design group, which focuses on developing innovative solutions at the intersection of foundation models and protein design.
Key Responsibilities- Curate datasets from various modalities to support the development of generalist agents for protein design.
- Perform ablation studies to evaluate the effectiveness of different training architectures.
- Implement novel training methods and benchmark the quality of generated proteins.
- Collaborate with the team to design and train models for protein engineering and design.
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field (desirable).
- Good knowledge of at least one machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and good code practices.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently in a fast-paced scientific environment.
- Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project (estimated 3 years).
