A mobility ecosystem, backed by data intelligence and supported by the astara platform.All of this is thanks to astara's diverse team, with more than 40 nationalities, in 19 countries and 3 continents: Europe, LATAM and Southeast Asia.For more information about astara, visit www.Astara.ComTHE ROLEThe BPC Business Partner in the Strategy and Transformation Area of astara, will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of financial consolidation / budgeting / reporting, from the technical area, and will work closely with the finance and reporting teams to ensure the integrity of financial data and processes.Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Finance Processes, the BPC Business Partner will manage and lead consolidation and budgeting projects, ensuring efficiency in the implementation and optimization of EPM tools, with expertise in SAP BPC .MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Evaluate, select and implement EPM tools, especially SAP BPC, to improve efficiency in consolidation and budgeting.Collaborate with other members of Strategy & Transformation team and other departments ( finance & core businesses ) to understand and address their needs.Interact with technology vendors to implement projects, evolutions and integrations; and also ensure the correct behavior of the existing ones.Optimize and maintain existing tools, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.Oversee the integrity of financial data and accuracy of reports generated by EPM systems.Involve the IT Local Business Partners through the entire project lifecycle to ensure new requirements fits with the corporate template, matching the local market/brand needs as well.Lead and direct consolidation and budgeting projects, from planning to implementation and follow-up.Provide support and training to end users in the use of EPM tools.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of leading and / or participating in EPM projects (planning, consolidation and budgeting)3+ years of experience in SAP BPC. Solid knowledge in finance and accounting processes. Experience in SAP FI (R/3), will be a plus.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.Experience in the deployment of international projects, with focus on process definition, and implementation of integrated solutions. Able to define solutions, identify GAPs, challenge existing solutions and propose new ones.High level of English written and spokenStrong communication skills written and spoken with ability to explain complex issues in simple words.Leadership, proactivity, goal oriented
