Nuestro cliente es una empresa internacional del sector químico, líder en su sector, para su sede central en Barcelona precisamos un/a: ASSISTANT PURCHASING MANAGER & COSTUMER CARE Reportando a la Responsable de Compras y Costumer Care, se encargará de brindar apoyo administrativo en la gestión de compras de materias primas, aditivos y envases a nivel nacional e internacional. También dará apoyo telefónico y escrito en la gestión con los clientes, desde la introducción de los pedidos en el sistema hasta el seguimiento de las entregas. También se responsabilizará de la gestión de las facturas, albaranes de clientes/proveedores, etc. asi como apoyo administrativo diverso dentro de la organización. Estamos pensando en una persona con formación acorde a la posición, siendo muy interesante formación en comercio internacional, con experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares a las descritas, dentro del entorno B2B, valorando muy positivamente la experiencia en el sector químico. La posición requiere un nivel fluido de inglés, valorables conocimientos de francés. La persona incorporada debe ser polivalente, organizada y responsable, con buena gestión del tiempo y ganas de aprender.
