Sales Business Analyst

**Tu función**:
Desde el equipo de Farmacia en España, con sede en Argentona (Barcelona), buscamos un Sales Business Analyst, cuya responsabilidad será la de asegurar el correcto análisis y seguimiento de nuestros principales indicadores de negocio con el objetivo de acompañar a la Dirección de Ventas para que los planes establecidos se desarrollen y ejecuten con éxito. Las funciones principales del rol son:
- Análisis de la actividad y cumplimiento de nuestra estrategia de ventas, por canal y cliente/representante de ventas.
- Identificar las variables y datos necesarios para llevar a cabo el plan promocional.
- Análisis de los datos de diferentes fuentes, convirtiéndolos en acciones a seguir alineadas con nuestras iniciativas estratégicas.
- Actualización del cuadro de mando del equipo de formación externa.
- Seguimiento mensual y trimestral de las ventas y de los incentivos comerciales.
- Asegurar que nuestros indicadores de cobertura, frecuencia y productividad estén en níveles óptimos máximos.
- Seguimiento semanal y mensual de la evolución de ventas y de las previsiones de ventas.
- Actualización de datos IQVIA.
- Participar en proyectos transversales.
**Tu Perfil**:
- Licenciatura o máster en marketing, empresariales o relacionado.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en controlling, análisis de ventas o inteligencia empresarial.
- Conocimiento y comprensión del entorno farmacéutico y del mercado de la belleza.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y capacidad para gestionar múltiples actividades con un nível de complejidad medio-alto.
- Habilidades de alto nível en Microsoft Office, Excel y Business Analytics. Power BI.
- Dominio del español y del inglés.
- Capacidad y pensamiento crítico y analítico.
