Diageo's culture is built on five values that guide how the company operates.Top AccountabilitiesOperational ExcellenceBusiness Planning Integration: Embed the cross-functional business planning process end-to-end, ensuring that Diageo's commercial and operational strategies are seamlessly integrated.Demand Forecasting: Lead the team of Demand Planners on both short-term and long-term market demand forecasting processes.Governance & Standards: Oversee the monthly governance process to monitor progress and take corrective actions when required.LeadershipDemand Forecasting Excellence: Implement and sustain Diageo's global demand management agenda.Team Leadership: Lead and develop Demand Planner(s) and coach the market.Senior Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture senior leader relationships across the Supply Chain.Inclusive Culture: Embrace and champion Diageo's inclusive culture.Systems Proficiency: Use experience with demand forecasting platforms to drive efficiency and accuracy.Experiences / Qualifications / CapabilitiesBroad supply chain planning and demand forecasting experience in a CPG companyExperience in designing, implementing, and executing Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes.Ability to foster effective relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong leadership skillsStrong analytical approach and data analytics skillsFamiliarity with supply network data platforms, ERP, and master data systemsStrong understanding of supply chain and demand forecasting/IBP operational processesProven team management experienceWorking with usCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo's purpose.
